The Hole in One

This one was a fun build. A homeowner in the Pocket area of Sacramento wanted to make better use of their backyard - and instead of just throwing down sod, they went all in on a custom artificial turf putting green. The result is a backyard that actually does something.

We installed four flag positions across the green, which gives the homeowner multiple pin locations to practice from. That variety keeps practice sessions from getting repetitive. You can work approach angles, distance control, and break reads all from the same green. For anyone who plays golf seriously - or just wants to get better without driving to a course - this kind of setup pays for itself fast in range fees alone.
